Intelligent Controls from AllGas
Most heating systems work using a simple room thermostat or thermostatic radiator valves such
that when the air temperatures in the house fall below the setting on the thermostat, a signal
is sent for the boiler to fire up and warm the house.
The disadvantage of this simple arrangement is that the thermostat only tells the boiler to turn on
or off when the house has got too cold or too hot! No consideration is given to
external temperature fluctuations or to maintaining the correct flow and return temperatures that
enable a boiler to operate in condensing mode.
AllGas-installed intelligent heating controls will help conserve energy within the home by
constantly monitoring and controlling the boiler flow and return temperatures in the heating
system to allow the system to react promptly and appropriately to internal and external air
temperature changes.
Our weather compensation controls allow you to maintain the room air
temperature in your home at a constant level.
The net result is a more efficient and cost effective heating system and a better
controlled and more comfortable environment.
